To the honest company I recently ordered one of your diaper bundles from you I was so excited and couldn t wait to receive my order after a Christmas shirt Son Goku Santa sweater couple of days I receive my package via ups I was surprised to see the box was damaged and that it looked completely different from pictures I ve seen it was just an plain old brown box but they didn t bother me as much what really bothered me was when I open the package I ordered a bundle of seven packs of diapers and four packs of wipes I received three packs of diapers and one dirtee beat up package of wipes which made me very upset so right away I contacted your customer service via chat and after about waiting 20 minutes for an agent to come into the chat I spoke to a woman named samantha about what was going on and she apologized and asked me to take pictures and send them to her so she can report this issue she also told me to throw away the damaged items and that she was sending out a replacement bundle to me as soon as possible I responded and told her thank you for being so understanding about my situation and she said you welcome and I ended the chat so if you days later I received an email stating my replacement package was being shipped which made me very happy and then I looked at the tracking to see what day it will be here and realize they shipped it to the wrong address which I was really surprised because she had to look at my order in order to re order my bundle and I m sure she saw the shipping address but anyways it was being shipped to a completely different state that are used to live in two years ago wow I cannot believe this so I contacted customer service again and the agent told me that they will contact ups and have the package rerouted to my address which I am currently at they said it will take an additional 2 to 3 days so from then on I watch the track and two days later I realize ups was unaware of the address change and car on his customer care and waited a while again for somebody to talk to finally I was able to talk to an agent and told her what was going on and she fixed the problem filing 34 days later ups dropped off the package the moment I open the door I was very upset the package was in bad shape smashed all around I couldn t believe how careless people are with others merchandise brought the package inside and opened it and this time all of the packs of diapers and wipes were there yay finally my order is correct but sadly this is a package being mishandled all of the diapers and wipes were smashed not acceptable at all this is just very upsetting to me before I even made a purchase I did hours and hours of research and watched countless youtube video reviews and blogson the honest company and their products I loved that these diapers are high quality and heiple allergenic and that they were made with out late text and fragrances and lotions or chemicals they haven t been bleached and the prints were too cute and it all made me super excited about trying them thought I would be receiving top of the line of service and products considering it cost almost 100 per bundle which might not last me that long considering I m having twins and they go through about 10 to 20 diapers a day each I read but sadly I will no longer be purchasing products from the honest company and I will be switching to a different similar brand just wanted to give my honest review of the honest company. I usually would never do this however after a Christmas shirt Son Goku Santa sweater constant drama since november I am now totally fed up and furious firstly elf did not send my order on time meaning that my two orders worth over 300 were delivered to the incorrect address and I had to drive 5 hours out of my way to pick them up okay no problems i’ll deal with it to then open the box of my hundreds of dollars worth of items to find that in one box several items were missing and then in the second order box more than half the items were missing after several emails back and forth they agreed to resend the items only for them to never arrive after several more emails elf agreed to refund me for my order they still are yet to refund me for the other order purchased through my partners account they have refunded 28 which is an incorrect amount considering more than half the order was missing so all is good and well i’m waiting for the second half of the refund today after using the tone adjusting green primer for 1 week it is empty hmm empty you may ask to my surprise I undid the bottle to find that the bottle itself was a sham with a coloured piece of plastic inside a 4 inch bottle to make buyers believe they’re getting a product when in actual fact I just paid 6 for 13ml or 0 47 ounces of product I am absolutely shocked and will never ever ever buy again from elf more trouble than they are worth I will tell anyone who will listen to never buy from you bullshit people shame on you. They say a goal without a plan is just a wish but there’s nothing wrong with starting your big plans with a simple wish what’s on your wish list today comment below and if that wish had anything to do with being your own boss empowering your community or spending more time with your friends join us today as an avon representative. I ordered product online on 9 1 I finally received an email today alerting me that my order has shipped and the expected delivery is 9 13 12 days for receiving an online order is unacceptable I can’t think of another company that takes this long to process an order it leaves me feeling like I would never want to order from elf directly again and I havent even received the products as of yet not a good look elf
