I am in the same position as other posters my diaper bundle has been processing for a Hot Chick-fil-a Disney These Are A Few Of My Favorite Things shirt sweater week now and we are out of diapers super inconvenient when you have a two year old a three month old and work and I emailed a few days ago and today spent an hour on hold waiting to talk to someone and still nothing I don t have time for this and am beyond frustrated after being a loyal customer for years now so disappointed in their service. Hi honest co as a bundle subscriber i’ve historically been pleased with your products and customer service however my most recent bundle arrived with the completely wrong size of diapers 3 sizes too small and missing training pants now I have paid for diapers that I can’t use and had to go to the store to spend more money on diapers and training pants which completely negates the convenience of subscribing to monthly bundles I called customer service and did not reach anyone I emailed customer service on sunday and it’s now thursday and i’ve heard nothing please let me know how you’re going to fix this asap i’m very disappointed in this turn of events. I have loved her as a sister on and off screen for almost two decades to watch her blossom into such a great mother is surreal and amazing uncle vin happytorettotuesday
