I returned some size 5 packs and you guys have processed my return and show a 0 balance for the return I need to order a bundle but I am waiting for my credit to appear I spoke with someone a couple of weeks ago about the return and he informed me that you all would not just swap out the size 5 for size 4s instead I could get a credit to my account I called yesterday and was on hold for an hour and my call was never taken I had to eventually hang up bc I was picking my kids up from school today I tried to live chat I sat for 30 minutes until it was my turn and then I got a message saying no insiders are currently available and that the chat was offline I emailed yesterday and haven’t received a response this is very upsetting I have been ordering products from honest company since 2013 and have always raved about your products and customer service one of the big reasons I order from you all is that it is convenient and delivered to my door but now I am spending much of my precious time being a mom of 2 on the computer or the phone trying to get this sorted out can someone please respond. Dear honest company I m writing to you in regards of a defective box of diapers I ve emailed a week ago no response I ve called few times with 30 mins wait time I ve tried chatting with a representative every time I m up on the queue it would restart wasting my time again its very disappointing how difficult it is to communicate with someone in regards of this situation I ve found almost half of the box of size 4 diapers didn t have the right tab the lot number is 021071701c 1056 hopefully this will get your attention thanks
